Having a Life Coach is a smart choice for individuals that want to heal from and overcome problems or upgrade current aspects of their lives.
Everyone would benefit from having the support of a good coach. It is about understanding how to get the best out of yourself in any situation and getting rid of anything that is causing you interference in living a fulfilling life. How does it work?
I work with all my clients for a minimum of three sessions. Each session is 1hr, and takes place at my Bournemouth or London office. I also work with clients over skype, so location isn’t a limitation. I have an initial chat on the phone with you to assess your needs. You will also need to fill in some questionnaires before the first session. It’s a great opportunity to take a good look at your life, something we rarely do.
